Minimalism, warmth and light
Casa Nova is a two-storey house in the heart of our maritime capital with an area of 290 m² – a home created around the idea of contemporary minimalism, warmth and functionality.
The interior is distinguished by clean lines and natural materials such as wood, stone and textiles in neutral tones, which create a feeling of calm and cosiness. The large windows provide plenty of natural light and a smooth connection between the interior space and the surroundings.
Every detail is carefully chosen to combine elegance, comfort and practicality, making Casa Nova a modern home with timeless design.
